Description
A superb WMF silver-plated tazza, comport or raised bowl with original clear glass liner and brass mesh cover. The item has a pierced fretwork design in the Art Nouveau style and has multiple possible uses including as a flower bowl, pot pourri container or to present sweets/chocolates. The mesh is easily removed, as is the glass liner so the item can be presented in different ways. Clear WMF marks.
Condition Report
Excellent – silver-plate is in wonderful condition, there are no dents and glass is also unchipped with virtually no marks. A couple of wires have become detached from the perimeter on the mesh grill.
