The following forms of payment are accepted: BACS, cheque (must be cleared before item is dispatched), cash (if collected from East Berkshire premises) or PayPal.

Please note we do not accept Debit or Credit cards.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer and will be charged at cost. We will provide different options and the exact costs of delivery (for a given location) at the time of purchase, or if requested in advance. All our items will be professionally packed for delivery across the World. There is no charge for packing and packaging materials.

We recommend the following shipping companies but are open to alternatives depending on your shipping budget and level of insurance required:

  • For low value items (<£100) to the UK – Royal Mail Signed For.
  • For medium value items (£100-500) to the UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • For low value, small parcels shipped internationally – Royal Mail International Standard
  • For higher value, small parcels shipped internationally – Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
  • For high value items (>£500), we recommend a courier for delivery e.g. Parcelforce for UK deliveries and Federal Express International Priority for Europe and Rest of World.
  • For furniture, please enquire for cost of transportation.
